I support a lot of people with goals and change and there are a few things that come up time and time again.
One of the biggest is planning; many people know what they want but cannot make a start because there is so much noise in their heads. I always start by writing down the goals or change, discussing and documenting the priorities and then chunking those down into smaller manageable activities. I came across a great form that will help you do just that:
My what I WANT to do list
If you have something you want to achieve, write it down, it makes a huge difference to the success of making that change or achieving that goal.
If you think this is something that can help you I’ve created an example to help you get started.
Another thing that crops up time and time again is lack of time. Many of the people I work with tell me they cannot find an hour a day to devote to themselves. Once we dig a little deeper we find that we procrastinate and spend time on things that are just not important; we waste time! Another great form I came across
that will help here is:
The ‘NOT-TO-DO-LIST’
I’ve created another example to give you a general idea of how you use the form. It should tell you what activities you can reduce/remove/share.
There are lots of other free resources on our website that will help you on your journey to making that change or achieving that goal.
Good luck!
With Love xxxx
